Payments are processed via WIRE transfer on the pre-payment. As soon as the transaction is done, and we can see the payment we will ship the product.
Products purchased on Nordic Aviation 4 All come with a 1 year limited warranty (except some batteries) starting from the date of purchase. Shipping back to our office in Sweden is not paid by us. For more information on returns, please contact us. Any repair and replacement service covered by warranty, along with shipping and handling, will be free within the first 1-year period.
Warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; unusual physical stress.
- Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage.
- Defects or damage resulting from excessive force and other deliberate damage.
If you are not satisfied with your chosen size (clothes) or if there is a mix-up with your shipment we will cover the return shipping costs. You may request a return within 14 calendar days of purchase. Once we approve your request and receive the product, we will determine if your claim is valid and act accordingly. Return requests made outside of the 14-day period will not be accepted. We may also choose not to accept returns in the event of:
- Defects or damages caused by misuse, neglect, physical damage, tampering, normal wear and tear.
- Price fluctuations being the sole reason for return.
In all cases, we will inspect the product and verify the fault. To qualify for a replacement or refund, devices must be in “as new” condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product returned is deemed to have been damaged.
Please contact sales at email@example.com to request a return. Without a verified return request, the returned package will be declined. Once you’ve contacted Nordic Aviation 4 All and requested a return we will inform you with all the details regarding your products return.
Orders are shipped within 5 business days of payment if the chosen product is on stock. If not it can take up to 60 business days depending on our suppliers capability to provide us with products we do not have in stock. Orders made at weekends and on public holidays will be shipped as soon as possible. All goods are inspected and sealed before delivery to avoid damage. Nordic Aviation 4 All will keep you updated on your order status via email. Shipping is calculated based on shipping address and shipping method. Please note that customers may be required to pay additional import fees or taxes due to your national import laws. Neither party will be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with these terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond their reasonable control. We retain our rights to take action at any time in the event that the customer fails to comply with these terms.

We have no control over the products, services or websites of these third parties and we do not guarantee or take responsibility for them. This website may also contain advertising from third parties and we are not responsible for any misleading or inaccurate advertisements which are the sole responsibility of the advertiser. Furthermore, this website contains data provided by third parties and we accept no responsibility for any inaccuracies in this material. You agree to release us from claims or disputes of any kind arising from or in any way connected to such disputes with third parties.
Some products will be invoiced directly from our supplier to you, Nordic Aviation 4 All only communicates the deal. We will inform you about this and because of this some VAT levels are different compared to normal Swedish VAT.
We are not responsible for any kind of damage caused by the use of the products we offer.
We reserve the right to update this document at any time without prior notification.
